Returns Policy
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on anything you buy on website:
1. All returns must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) issued by metroSolarMatics™.  At buyers request , by email, we will provide  an RMA# and returns address. All RMA# s expire 7 (seven) business days after date of issue. Buyer pays shipping on all returns. All unauthorized returns or returns sent to a different address will be refused and credit will not be issued.
2. Item(s) must be the same product shipped to buyer, in new, fully functional, undamaged and unaltered condition.
3. Item(s) must be returned in the same clean, undamaged ,original packaging, with all manual(s) and accessories.
4. Shipping and handling cost, if applicable are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping/handling cost of all returns.
5. metroSolarMatics™ and its agent (s)reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee ($5.00 minimum) for all returns.
6.  metroSolarMatics™ and its agent(s) will not be responsible, nor will we process claims with shipper, for returns damaged in transit to our returns processing facility.
7.  For items damaged in transit, buyer must notify seller 5 business days after receipt, by email, and RA# will be issued.  Return shipping is at buyers expense. A replacement will be sent free of charge.
8. Defective or non-functional items, subject to manufacturers limited warranty terms, will be repaired or replaced only.

Warranty Information
     Our Sun generator and  power module come with a 1 year limited warranty, from date of purchase, that covers parts and labor for the repair and or replacement of any material defect in these products.  The solar panels come with a 20 year manufacturer warranty provided by Kyocera and ReneSola.

All our power paks and solar products come with a1 year limited warranty on all component parts (except the battery), for workmanship and  material defect only. Depending on manufacturer, battery warranty range from 3 months to 6 months. Manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace products that fall within the warranty period.

For warranty claims, the following conditions apply in most cases:
1. All conditions under 30 day money back guarantee return policy apply.
2. In cases of  material defects or poor workmanship, the product is covered under the warranty for repair or replacement, at the manufacturers discretion.
3. The 1 year limited warranty does not cover defect as a a result of use, alteration, abuse or handling by buyer.
4. The 1 year limited warranty does not cover shipping/handling and clearance costs incurred by buyer.
